You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. ftn11 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ftn11 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
ftn11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or proof of address — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any point determined necessary by ftn11's compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
ftn11 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and online banking through Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. ftn11 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.
Deposits via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your account in real time under normal operating conditions. FPX and DuitNow transfers are typically credited within 5 minutes. Any deposit not credited within 30 minutes should be reported to customer support immediately.
ftn11 strictly prohibits deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Member's own name. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be reversed, and the account may be subject to investigation and suspension.
To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully KYC-verified, in good standing, and must not have any active fraud investigation or dispute. All applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met in full before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/monthly withdrawal limits are determined by your account's VIP tier. ftn11 reserves the right to implement enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.
Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. ftn11 may, at its discretion, request additional verification before processing withdrawals to any new payment destination.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ftn11 are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) applied to the bonus amount. Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward clearing the requirement.
Any attempt to abuse ftn11's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing contradictory wagers to guarantee a profit, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ftn11 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the account without prior notice.
All bets placed on ftn11 are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to ensure all bet selections and stake amounts are correct before confirming any wager. ftn11 will not accept claims for errors arising from user-initiated mistakes after confirmation.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at the point of wagering for each game or market. ftn11 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on specific markets, games, or individual accounts at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
ftn11 reserves the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical failures, obvious pricing errors, incomplete events, or where the integrity of the event is in question. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
For in-play sports betting on events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC bouts, and other live markets, odds may fluctuate rapidly. ftn11 will honour the odds confirmed at the time your bet slip is accepted. Any bets submitted during a system delay or technical disruption may be voided at ftn11's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ftn11 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
All content on the ftn11 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ftn11 or its licensed game providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ftn11's intellectual property without prior written consent.
Game content provided by third-party game studios on the ftn11 Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is licensed to ftn11 for use on the Platform. Unauthorised recording, streaming, or reproduction of game sessions is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ftn11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to access — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, technical failures, or service interruptions.
ftn11 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using ftn11, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and outcomes are not guaranteed. ftn11 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through gambling activities on the Platform.

You may close your ftn11 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
ftn11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, or conduct that ftn11 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
Upon account closure for cause, ftn11 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, ftn11 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including both real-money and bonus funds — held in the account at the time of closure.
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of ftn11 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which ftn11 is licensed and operated.
In the event of any dispute between you and ftn11, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and ftn11 agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures outlined by ftn11's licensing authority.
ftn11 maintains comprehensive transaction and game-play logs. In any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the processing of a transaction, the records held by ftn11's systems shall be considered authoritative unless demonstrably erroneous.
ftn11 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.
